After selecting the best livestock on offer in our paddocks, Midfield processing facilities adhere strictly to the AUS-MEAT accreditation and quality management programs to ensure every cut of meat is of consistently high quality.

Midfield is compliant with Federally-legislated systems and uses the AUS-MEAT Language (internationally recognised) for all of its produce destined for domestic and overseas markets and customers.
