Our processes, quality management and food handling standards are such that we are approached for export to a multitude of countries including the USA, the EU, Russia, Saudi Arabia and all Middle East destinations as well as our local Asia – Pacific region.

Midfield is : AQIS registered: Ausmeat accredited: MSA Approved: Haccap Approved and we make use of our own NATA accredited on-site laboratories to monitor our products.

Driven and inspired by the strong work ethic of its founder, Colin McKenna, the business has grown from a small abattoir in 1975 to become a multi-disciplined business whose quality products traverse the globe.

The group is 100% Australian owned and operated. Midfield is a staunch supporter of the area of which it is based, employs more than 800 people Australia wide and is a self-sufficient organisation, with control over product from paddock to plate.
